Cancellations & Early Departures
Cancellations must be received by 3 PM Mountain Standard Time at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date at Durango lodging accommodations or you may be subject to charges for one night's stay at the rate you had reserved, using the credit card that guaranteed your reservation.
If you made your reservation for our Durango lodging accommodations through a third-party website, you must cancel your reservation through that website and obtain their cancellation number.

Early departures: The hotel may charge for early departures. Refer to the above cancellation statement.
Payments & Charges
Debit cards: Some debit cards treat authorizations as charges. Please contact your bank with any questions.
An invalid credit card will automatically cancel your reservation at our budget hotel in Durango.
Credit card check-in procedure: At check-in, the credit card on file will be authorized for all room charges.

Lobby Hours Summer: 7am to 10pm Winter: 7 am to 9pm
Pets: No pets allowed. Service Animals specifically trained to aid a person with a disability are welcome.
No smoking: Adventure Inn Durango is a non-smoking privately owned property. All rooms are non-smoking and Marijuana is prohibited on premise. A charge up to $250 fee may be charged in addition to price for your accommodation if smoking occurs in guest rooms.
